We want everyone to be able to read about rooflights and contact us through this site, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.
The standard we aim for
The site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. That includes text that resizes without breaking the layout, colour contrast checked on light and dark grounds, keyboard access to every link and control, headings in a logical order, and text alternatives for images.
Known limitations
A full independent audit has not yet taken place, so some gaps may not be known until it does. Parts of the site come from third parties, including the enquiry form embed and the OpenStreetMap area maps, and we have limited control over how accessible those are. If the form gives you trouble, email, phone or WhatsApp reach us just as well.
Reporting a problem
If anything on the site is hard to use, tell us at info@horizonskylightsswansea.co.uk or on 01792 929062. Say which page and what happened, and we will reply within 5 working days. We can also give you the information in another format, such as plain text by email.
How we test
Pages are checked in a real browser at phone and desktop widths, with automated tests for contrast and structure. We review this statement whenever the site changes significantly.
